As a Medical Sales Representative in this role, your responsibilities will be:

  • Achieve sales targets and market share goals within the assigned territory.
  • Provide scientific information and product presentations to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), focusing on innovative diabetes therapies and digital health solutions.
  • Implement the sales strategy to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
  • Identify customer needs, develop tailored action plans, and present specialized solutions.
  • Gather and relay market insights regarding diabetes trends and competitors to the Sales & Product Management departments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure optimal activity coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's procedures, policies, and ethical requirements.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the Medical Sales Representative position must possess the following:

  • University degree preferably in Science (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry etc.), Business Administration or Economics.
  • Min 4 years of field/sales experience in a multinational company within the Healthcare Industry, with a proven track record in the Diabetes Market.
  • Strong interest and expertise in diabetes medical devices and digital health technologies.
  • Assertive, result-oriented professional with exceptional communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to set priorities & effectively manage multiple stakeholders (Physicians, Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists).
  • Very good knowledge of English (oral & written) and native Greek language.
  • Team player who passionately pursues both individual & team goals.
