Reporting to Sales Director the role, the Sales Operation Administrator has a wide range of responsibilities, such as to:
- Perform market research in order to address business development opportunities
- Be responsible for the partner onboarding and enablement process
- Establish and maintain effective communication with partners to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction
- Own the partners' billing processes
- Perform sales data analysis to identify growth opportunities within the existing partner ecosystem
- Produce sales reports
- Work together with the Sales, R&D Team, QC Team in order to support partner requests, implement new processes and optimize existing ones
- Maintain knowledge base, CRM organization, and overall sales-related collaterals documentation
