Assistant Waiters / Runners

Alemagou Mykonos is looking for passionate, talented people with solid work ethic, high level of integrity, concern for quality, cross cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation to join our team for season 2026. We are looking for skilled and friendly assistant waiter/runner to join our team! This position plays a big role in creating and providing the best customer experience and satisfaction. Your ultimate goal should be to provide and promote an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating a pleasant and positive professional image at all times to both guests and the rest of the team.
• Serving guests in a personalized way and with attention to detail.
• Remains flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.
• Maintain an orderly and well-supplied workstation to efficiently support the requirements of the Waiter/Waitress and our guests.
• Always follow and adapt to the instructions of the company.
• Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and follow all health and safety company regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as an assistant Waiter/ress in a 5 star Hotel or a high end service restaurant/beach.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate in fluent English. Additional foreign languages will be considered as a plus.
• Ability to work under high pressure and deliver excellent results.
