ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client—a company producing personal hygiene consumer products with a strong global export presence—is looking to fill the position of Junior Process Validation Associate.

📌 Location: Mandra
📅 Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
💼 Contract: 6-month contract, with renewal prospects
🖋️You will be reporting to: MS&T Process Science Leader
What you will do:
- Responsible for executing technical projects, process improvements, validations, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with site teams to align priorities with business goals ensuring optimal performance and results
More specifically:
- Supports execution of process and cleaning validation activities in compliance with company’s guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Ensures rigorous testing during qualification and validation activities in line with international, local authorities, and company standards
- Applies and promotes Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices across all activities
- Supports technical transfer and Right First Time (RFT) execution for new products during validation and stability activities
- Collaborates with MS&T, QA, QC, Operations, and R&D to drive validation projects and ensure timely completion of protocols and reports
- Ensures GMP compliance, supports business objectives, and works in alignment with corporate procedures, KPIs, and the company Credo
What we are looking:
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or an equivalent scientific/technical field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
- Responsibility, reliability & teamwork skills
- Proactive, dynamic, highly motivated, with exceptional communication abilities.
