Apifon is a technology company that develops business messaging services. It is headquartered in Greece and maintains offices in Thessaloniki, Athens, Barcelona, and Cyprus. Through Apifon platform businesses can grow their audience, create multichannel messaging campaigns, measure their performance and enable marketing automations to increase revenues and improve customer experience. All achieved through multiple communication channels like SMS, RCS, Email, Viber, and other chat apps.

Description of the role
As an Associate, Contract Management you will be responsible for all contract administration and you will be the one ensuring the accuracy of contracts. You will maintain contract review database, train employees in contract review process, identify contract review process improvements, develop user guidelines, and draft agreement templates with legal department. Moreover, You will negotiate terms and conditions to meet Apifon’s policy and procedures. Finally as an Associate, Contract Management you will try to ensure the best customer experience, renew the contracts as well as handle the cash flow.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers
  • Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts
  • Managing contracts and services in accordance with company policies
  • Meeting with customers to find out their requirements, discuss business and legal matters
  • Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
  • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
  • Ensuring all contract documentation is up to date
  • Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts
  • Resolving legal disputes with the assist of legal department
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues
  • Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes
  • Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
  • Be aware of and comply with corporate policies and procedures
  • Report any identified non-conformities related to Apifon Platform and services provided
  • Report information security events and vulnerabilities to the Information Security Officer

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business & Management, Finance or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Contract Management Associate
  • Proven work experience as a Cash Collection Specialist, Accountant or/and Sales Representative will be a plus
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques will be a plus (e.g. skip tracing)
  • Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA) will be a plus
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal and contract terminology
  • Excellent communications skills and sales oriented thinking
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Comfortable working with targets and sales goals
  • Capable of professionally managing confidential information
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
