The Role

As an Assistant Waiter / Waitress, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our dining outlets and creating memorable experiences for our guests at Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa. You will assist the service team, ensure tables are properly prepared, and provide attentive and friendly service. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and engage with them to enhance their experience
• Take food and beverage orders precisely and promptly
• Deliver excellent service and ensure each guest has a pleasant experience
• Keep tables clean and the dining area inviting
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Respond to guest requests and solve any concerns in a professional manner

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable personality
• A passion for hospitality and guest service
• A team spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Greek or other languages (such as German or French) is desirable.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus—but we also welcome motivated individuals ready to learn!
