As a Production Planning Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Plan and coordinate production schedules for finished and intermediate products, ensuring appropriate inventory levels and customer demand are met.
• Coordinate raw material and packaging material requirements and monitor production orders to ensure timely completion.
• Work closely with Production, Supply Chain and other departments to identify and resolve planning or production issues.
• Maintain and revise production schedules based on demand, material availability and production capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and support the implementation of MRP processes.
• Monitor relevant KPIs and prepare reports related to production planning and performance.

The position of Production Planning Manager is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Production & Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of previous experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain or a related manufacturing role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably pharmaceutical or a similar industry.
• Good knowledge of production planning, inventory management and MRP processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
