As an Assistant Waiter / Runner at alma Beach, you will support the service team in delivering a smooth, elegant and high-quality beach club experience. With energy, attention to detail and team spirit, you will contribute to creating a refined and relaxed atmosphere for our guests.
alma Beach opens in May and is a luxury, tranquil beach club, combining exceptional food quality, high-end service and an elegant natural setting. Our philosophy is centered around comfort, discretion and premium guest experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting waiters in delivering high-level service throughout the guest experience
- Assisting with food and beverage service, ensuring speed, accuracy and consistency
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables and stations
- Ensuring smooth communication between kitchen, bar and service team
- Preparing and replenishing mise en place and service equipment
- Following Alma Beach service standards and operational procedures
