BAR / RESTAURANT WAITER / WAITRESS

Columbia Beach Resort is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and service-oriented Waiters / Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage Team, delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences to our guests.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing professional and attentive food and beverage service in the Resort's bars and restaurants
- Welcoming guests, presenting menus and taking orders accurately
- Serving food and beverages according to established service standards
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions and daily specials
- Preparing service areas and ensuring proper mise-en-place
- Handling guest requests and feedback professionally
- Promoting menu items and identifying upselling opportunities
- Coordinating effectively with Kitchen, Bar and Restaurant teams
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
- Following food safety, allergen management and health & safety procedures
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment will be considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Positive personality and genuine passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, reliability and professional appearance
- Good command of English; Greek and additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
