Destination One is a leading incoming tourist agency located on the Island of Rhodes with branches in Kos – Chania – Heraklion - Corfu and Athens. Our Rhodes head office is seeking a French or English Speaking candidate to join our team as an Airport Representative.
Job Description: As one of our valued Airport Representatives you will play a vital part in meeting and greeting our French Speaking guests upon their arrival and delivering excellent customer service to our guests. You will be working as one team with our Airport Co-ordination staff and our external suppliers and with their support you will be responsible for any customer query or problem that may arise on site. Our company is client focused therefore we strive to offer our esteemed guests the best of every service. The Airport representative’s role is very important to us, the service provided to the arriving guests automatically reflects the standards of our company, we want their first impression of their vacation to be faultless.
Job Duties:
- Meeting & greeting our French Guests upon their arrival
- Delivering outstanding customer service & directing our guests to their chosen mode of transfer for their hotel / resort
- Prompt problem solving with the ongoing support of our Airport Co-Ordination team
- Excellent communication skills with our external suppliers on site that provide the various modes of transportation
- Checking if all guests have arrived and delivering send-off speeches in the bus before guests head off to their hotels / resorts
Requirement & Qualities:
- Fluent in French or English
- Positive attitude Friendly & pleasant personality
- Team player
- Working hours will vary & include early starts, late finishes, split shifts & working weekends so you must be flexible to work a range of hours
- You will receive your working roster 3-4 days in advance
- No previous experience is required

- Above basic salary 1 day off / week 40 working hour / week
- Weekly rosters known in advance. Seasonal work till October
