We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Interior Designer to support the development and execution of hospitality, retail, and lifestyle design projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about interiors, art direction, visual storytelling, and creating emotionally engaging spaces. The candidate will work closely with the creative direction team across concept development, sourcing, styling, installations, and day-to-day design coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining interiors for hotel rooms, public spaces, retail environments, and creative projects
- Support moodboard creation, material research, FF&E; sourcing, and presentation preparation
- Coordinate with suppliers, artists, fabricators, and production teams
- Help oversee styling, installations, visual merchandising, and seasonal space updates
- Prepare drawings, layouts, presentations, and design documentation
- Conduct market research for furniture, lighting, objects, textiles, and vintage sourcing
- Assist during photoshoots, events, and project installations
- Maintain organized project files, sample libraries, and procurement tracking
- Support creative and operational tasks across the brand as needed
Requirements
- Degree or studies in Interior Design, Architecture, Spatial Design, or a related field
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for detail, composition, and materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar design software
- Interest in hospitality, art, fashion, and contemporary culture
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced creative environment
- Fluent in English and Greek
- Previous experience in interiors, styling, hospitality, or visual merchandising is preferred
