Key Responsibilities:
- Providing consistent excellent service to guests upon arrival, and during their stay, from check-in to checkout.
- Welcoming and registering guests expeditiously, providing information to them as needed, obtaining identification and credit/check approval as directed by hotel policy.
- Verifying rate and departure date. Confirmation and modification of information required to complete the registration process as per hotel procedures.
- Answering all guest questions accurately and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction. Authorizing revenue allowances as allowed by hotel policy.
- Upselling guest rooms, food & beverage outlets if applicable and seasonal hotel promotions.
- Making restaurant, transportation, and/or entertainment reservations for guests, plus other concierge services as requested and having thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, company, and local area & attractions.
- Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Understanding of hotel history, services, facility information, and rates and packages.
