A prestigious 5-star luxury resort in Corfu is seeking a highly organised and service-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join its management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort.
- Lead, motivate, train and develop the Housekeeping team.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and other resort facilities.
- Plan staffing levels, work schedules and daily assignments according to operational requirements.
- Monitor departmental productivity, operating expenses and inventory.
- Manage linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety procedures.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards consistent with luxury hospitality expectations.
