As a Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of reservations, ensuring efficient and effective operations to meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include monitoring reservation systems, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & implementation of a strategic sales plan to achieve clientele expansion and maximum room occupancy/revenue.
- Set sales target and growth milestones.
- Oversee the reservation team to ensure smooth booking processes and adjustment to sales targets, achieving the set goal.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to reservations.
- Design new marketing strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coach, train and mentor reservation staff to deliver exceptional service.
