As a Receptionist your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage of the company's telephone center
  • Archive documents and minute-taking during meetings
  • Organise and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings for management and company associates

For this Receptionist role you need to have the following:

  • Bachelor degree (TEI/AEI degree )
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
