Property Sourcing & Operations Coordinator – Heraklion
We are looking for a reliable and proactive person to join our team in Heraklion and support the growth of our Airbnb operation.
The main focus of the role, especially during the first stage, will be sourcing new apartments for our clients by working closely with local agents and property owners. In addition, the coordinator will act as the company's local representative, helping with on-site tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our apartments.
Main Responsibilities
- Property Sourcing
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and property owners.
- Actively search for apartments suitable for Airbnb use.
- Arrange and attend property viewings.
- Take photos and video tours for clients and the management team.
- Provide a practical assessment of each property's condition, location, and overall suitability.
Local Operations Support
- Visit apartments whenever an on-site presence is required.
- Check that ongoing work is progressing as planned.
- Assist with coordinating local suppliers and service providers, including designers, technicians, movers, cleaners, and maintenance staff.
- Receive deliveries or supervise installations when necessary.
- Report regularly to the management team regarding progress, issues, and anything requiring attention.
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks that require someone physically present in Heraklion.
Quality Control & Maintenance Support
- Carry out periodic apartment inspections.
- Help monitor cleaning and maintenance standards.
- Identify issues and coordinate with the relevant professionals to resolve them.
- Help ensure that all apartments meet the company's quality standards.
Requirements
- Living in Heraklion or the surrounding area.
- Own transportation and the ability to move easily around the city are essential (scooter or electric scooter preferred).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Good English. Greek is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in real estate, hospitality, property management, or a similar field is a plus.
