Junior Key Account Manager
Job Description:
- Organize and coordinate sales activities for Target Groups such as Retail and Logistics/Warehousing, including involvement in Floor Care solutions
- Implement the annual action plan aligned with the market approach for the assigned target groups and sub-categories
- Develop and promote Robotics Floor Care solutions within the assigned markets
- Promote leasing and rental solutions across defined target markets
- Act as a trusted sales partner, providing guidance and tailored solutions to end users
- Achieve sales and gross margin targets through strategic territory planning, business development, and account management
- Design, own, and execute an Individual Sales Plan identifying key strategies and tactics for achieving targets
- Identify and develop opportunities related to robotics and autonomous cleaning/logistics solutions (considered an advantage)
- Achieve all sales KPIs (activity levels, pipeline accuracy, reporting, etc.)
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and customer records using CRM tools and internal systems
- Collect and organize competitive market data within the assigned product categories
- Support internal sales processes and collaborate with the marketing team on campaign content
- Participate in internal and external training programs and act as a trainer to colleagues and partners when required
