Manpowergroup, on behalf of its client, a leading transportation operations company , is looking for an experienced senior professional to take full responsibility for the maintenance strategy, operational reliability, safety performance, and technical integrity of critical infrastructure and operational assets
Role Overview
The Head of Maintenance will lead the overall maintenance function, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all infrastructure, systems, facilities, and technical assets.
The role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight, covering maintenance planning, execution, performance optimization, and continuous improvement across a complex operational environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance organization, ensuring alignment with operational, safety and business objectives.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies focused on reliability, asset performance, safety and efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance planning, contractor management, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and service availability.
- Support the mobilization, training, and performance management of maintenance personnel.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operational delivery.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in leadership or managerial roles overseeing large-scale maintenance operations in the transportation industry
- Strong understanding of maintenance operations, technical systems, safety standards, and operational reliability.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to perform effectively in complex and fast-paced operational environments.
