Position description:
- Set up the restaurant to standards and follow cleaning routines to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon their arrival
- Seat guests and present menus
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Provide outstanding customer service ( breakfast, lunch or dinner operation)
- Present bills and handle payments
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the menus ( food & beverages) and presentation standards
- Communicate any special meal requirements, allergies, or dietary needs to the kitchen
- Ensure guest satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times, including both front and back-of-house areas
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and coordinated service experience
- Support new team members through training and guidance, helping them deliver exceptional service experience
