Key Responsibilities
As a Back Office Specialist, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Your main duties will include:
- Tenant Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, and resolving issues with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Company Phone Management: Managing incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages, and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- CRM Management: Maintaining, updating, and organizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure all data is accurate and current.
- Utilities & Arrears: Monitoring and managing building utility accounts, tracking tenant arrears (overdue payments), and following up on collections.
- Lease Agreements: Preparing, reviewing, and organizing lease agreements, renewals, and related administrative documentation.
