- Office & Document Management: Oversee day-to-day office procedures, manage digital and physical archives, handle corporate contracts, manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, and provide professional telephone support.
- Basic Accounting & Bookkeeping: Perform basic accounting entries, monitor company expenses, track incoming invoices, and coordinate payments for both clients and suppliers.
- Healthcare System Administration: Efficiently manage data entries, patient/client records, and administrative procedures within the Cyprus General Healthcare System (GeSy).
- Facilities & Vendor Coordination: Supervise office inventory and medical consumables, process orders, submit maintenance or repair requests, and coordinate with external partners (cleaning services, logistics/couriers, etc.).
