As a Medical Operations Administrator, your main duties will include:

  • Office & Document Management: Oversee day-to-day office procedures, manage digital and physical archives, handle corporate contracts, manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, and provide professional telephone support.
  • Basic Accounting & Bookkeeping: Perform basic accounting entries, monitor company expenses, track incoming invoices, and coordinate payments for both clients and suppliers.
  • Healthcare System Administration: Efficiently manage data entries, patient/client records, and administrative procedures within the Cyprus General Healthcare System (GeSy).
  • Facilities & Vendor Coordination: Supervise office inventory and medical consumables, process orders, submit maintenance or repair requests, and coordinate with external partners (cleaning services, logistics/couriers, etc.).

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

To be successful in this Medical Operations Administrator role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven Experience: Prior experience in administrative support, office management, or secretarial roles—ideally within a medical center, clinic, pharmaceutical company, or healthcare environment.
  • GeSy Expertise: Hands-on familiarity with the procedures and platform entries of the Cyprus National Health System (GeSy) is strictly mandatory.
  • Financial Literacy: Comfort handling basic financial documents, bookkeeping entries, and invoice monitoring.
  • Language & IT Skills: Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal), alongside strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Medical Operations Administrator  or in a similar high-level support role.
