We are looking for an organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties.
The successful candidate:
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial goals are achieved.
- Communicate with tenants regarding inquiries, complaints, and lease matters
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property inspections
- Oversee rent collection, payment tracking, and arrears follow-up
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant documentation
- Market vacant units and coordinate property viewings
