Bike Specialist

Bike Operations: Assist with the daily setup, maintenance, and organization of bicycles and cycling gear.

Guest Engagement: Welcome and guide guests through cycling experiences, ensuring safety, comfort, and enjoyment.

Basic Maintenance Knowledge: Support with basic bike maintenance (e.g., checking tire pressure, adjusting seats), and report technical issues to senior staff.

Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure all bikes and cycling areas are clean, safe, and ready for use.

• Basic knowledge of bicycles and interest in cycling activities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, German, French) are a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
