Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a  Key Account Manager in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Develop and implement account strategies aligned with company objectives.  
  • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional agreements.
  • Secure product listings and expand product range within accounts.  
  • Track key account performance vs. KPIs and targets.
  • Deliver annual sales and profit targets for assigned accounts. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and trade investment guidelines.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and marketing to ensure flawless execution.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of sales volumes and promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, proposing corrective actions.
  • Ensure sales targets for key accounts are accomplished within the allocated budget.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow distribution and market share.
  • Develop promotional and activation plans in coordination with trade marketing.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to track performance and alignment.
  • Develop and expand trust relationships with clients by acquiring a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements and by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.


The ideal candidate for the position of Key Account Manager will be expected to possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.  
  • Minimum 4+ years of sales experience within the FMCG industry .
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office.
  • Proven ability to deliver sales growth and manage commercial agreement .
  • Good analytical, financial, and planning skills.
