Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Food & Beverage Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece the Waiter provides the highest level of service and professional excellence, while being ever present in the outlet operation. The Waiter reports to the F&B Supervisor.
As Waiter, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide respectful and generous service to both guests and colleagues
- Follow all service steps thoroughly, requesting assistance promptly to avoid service delays
- Manage the opening and closing of the outlet, including mise en place and setup
- Maintain cleanliness in service and back-of-house areas
- Attend pre-service briefings and ensure tasks are followed up efficiently
- Operate the POS system and prepare bills accurately
