Retail Sales Manager BYD
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the development, monitoring and implementation of the annual budget
- Is responsible for the commercial development of the brand in the Greek market across all points of sale under their supervision
- Guides and evaluates sales teams according to BYD’s standards and strategic directions
- Achieves the brand’s quantitative and qualitative targets
- Proposes commercial policy actions, including promotional activities and sales incentives, taking into account competition and market trends
- Ensures a high level of customer experience and consistency throughout the customer journey
- Ensures compliance with corporate procedures, policies, health & safety regulations and network standards
- Collaborates with all departments and divisions of the Group to ensure consistent implementation of BYD’s strategy and brand standards
- Monitors competition and market developments, providing management with necessary insights and information
Requirements:
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- Proven experience in a Senior Brand Manager, Retail Director or equivalent senior role, preferably in the Αutomotive sector
- Experience with CRM systems, SP4, LMS and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, dashboards)
- Project management, team leadership and collaboration skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
