Περιγραφή

Sfakianakis Group, the official importer of BYD, one of the fastest-growing automotive manufacturers worldwide, is seeking a:

Retail Sales Manager BYD

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the development, monitoring and implementation of the annual budget
  • Is responsible for the commercial development of the brand in the Greek market across all points of sale under their supervision
  • Guides and evaluates sales teams according to BYD’s standards and strategic directions
  • Achieves the brand’s quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Proposes commercial policy actions, including promotional activities and sales incentives, taking into account competition and market trends
  • Ensures a high level of customer experience and consistency throughout the customer journey
  • Ensures compliance with corporate procedures, policies, health & safety regulations and network standards
  • Collaborates with all departments and divisions of the Group to ensure consistent implementation of BYD’s strategy and brand standards
  • Monitors competition and market developments, providing management with necessary insights and information

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field
  • Proven experience in a Senior Brand Manager, Retail Director or equivalent senior role, preferably in the Αutomotive sector
  • Experience with CRM systems, SP4, LMS and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, dashboards)
  • Project management, team leadership and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
