As a Key Account Manager in this role you will be responsible for:

• Implement the direct sales strategy for the Large Corporate and Business Customers segment to achieve target goals and optimize assigned resources.
• Plan and manage end-to-end relationships with key business customers, aligning company goals with specific client needs to build long-term partnerships.
• Identify new business opportunities, map target markets, and expand existing accounts by offering standardized electricity products and natural gas solutions.
• Manage full documentation and client onboarding from initial approach to contract execution, ensuring proactive follow-up and contract management.
• Monitor direct sales statistics, keep track of market trends and competitor activities, and deliver regular performance reports to the Large Accounts Sales Manager.
• Contribute key data to the company's budget formulation (focusing on fixed costs for Direct Sales) and execute initiatives to continually boost team sales performance.

The ideal candidate for the position of Key Account Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Studies, Economics, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a strong asset).
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Commercial Sales or Account Management of Large Accounts  (experience in the Energy & Utilities sector will be considered a strong asset)
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets, paired with strong market planning skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fluent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
