BI Business Analyst

Are you passionate about data, reporting and turning business needs into meaningful BI solutions?

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Business Analyst (IT) | Middle Level to join our IT / Business Intelligence team and support the delivery of BI & data projects in collaboration with business teams, IT specialists and external vendors.

In this role, you will help translate business requirements into clear specifications, support the validation of BI deliverables and contribute to reliable, high-quality reporting solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Gather and document business requirements for BI reports and dashboards.
• Support the definition of KPIs, business rules and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT/BI and external vendors.
• Participate in UAT, deliverables review and issue tracking.
• Support data validation and reconciliation using SQL Server.
• Contribute to the design or enhancement of Power BI reports and dashboards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics, Business
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis / BI Analysis within an IT or BI environment.
• Good hands-on knowledge of SQL Server and Power BI.
• Working understanding of EDW architecture, ETL/ELT concepts and data quality controls.
• Familiarity with tabular models, dimensions, measures and basic DAX validation.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications.
• Experience working with business teams, IT/BI teams and external vendors.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a data-quality mindset.
