Presales Engineer

The Presales Engineer main responsibilities include: 

• Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Conducting product presentations, proof-of-concept trials, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Serving as a technical expert during the sales process, addressing technical inquiries and customer concerns.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their technical challenges and business needs.

The ideal candidate for the Presales Engineer position must possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
• Previous experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or solution consulting role within the HVAC sector.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant technologies (hydronic and direct expansion / DX systems).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Native/Fluent proficiency in Greek and full professional proficiency in English (with an emphasis on technical terminology).
• 7–10 years of Technical Sales experience in HVAC.
