Customer Care Agent (Hebrew Speaker) - Ref. 6311/CSC/ESS/GR

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by phone and email through the available communication channels.
• Provide accurate and detailed information.
• Register orders, order amendments and cancellations, as well as handle special requests.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Enter and maintain customer information.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints, with the aim of achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree ideally in Business Administration, Hospitality / Healthcare Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in telephone or face-to-face customer service roles will be highly appreciated.
• Excellent command of English while strong knowledge of Hebrew.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
