F&B Manager
The role:
The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect the Domes brand of luxury hospitality. This role combines operational leadership, quality control, and team development, working closely with the Hotel Manager to drive service excellence, maintain HACCP & ISO standards, and achieve budgetary and operational targets across all F&B departments.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
- Oversees daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring service excellence aligned with Domes standards.
- Collaborates with the Hotel Manager to enhance hotel services and operations.
- Ensures SOP, HACCP & ISO compliance across F&B departments.
- Trains and develops F&B staff to deliver top-tier guest service.
- Forecasts F&B needs and ensures consistent food & beverage quality and presentation.
- Oversees staff appearance, hygiene, and conduct.
- Coordinates equipment maintenance and monthly inventory.
- Participates in budget preparation and prepares regular cost/performance reports.
- Handles guest complaints effectively.
- Participates in F&B staff recruitment.
