Role Description
The Waiter/Waitress A La Carte at the Old Mill Restaurant in Elounda Mare will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a refined a la carte setting. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving dishes, ensuring food quality meets established standards, and providing personalized customer service. The role also involves coordination with kitchen staff and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. This is a contract-based, on-site position located in Agios Nikolaos, Crete.,
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Experience in Food & Beverage service and Food Service is essential
- Basic understanding of Cooking practices and terms to coordinate effectively with the kitchen
- Attention to detail in ensuring the highest standards of dining experience
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages, especially Greek, is an advantage
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is preferred
