We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team, delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly service to guests at all times
- Take orders and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards
- Ensure excellent knowledge of menus, specials, and wine lists
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area
- Prepare mise-en-place before service
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Promote upselling and maximize guest satisfaction
- Follow hygiene and health & safety regulation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
Academic Qualifications
- Diploma or training in Hospitality or Food & Beverage will be considered an advantage
