Job responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury hotels, concierges, travel advisors, event planners, private clients, and other key partners.
• Proactively promote the restaurant and generate new business through external sales, networking, visits, and relationship building.
• Identify and develop opportunities with corporate, and international clientele.
• Represent the restaurant at relevant events, hotels, luxury venues, and industry functions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of local and international contacts.
• Manage guest requests, VIP arrangements, special occasions, and personalized experiences.
• Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and highly personalized experience.
• Work closely with the reservations, service, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Follow up with clients and partners to develop repeat business and long-term relationships.
• Support the restaurant team during service and busy periods when required.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, guest preferences, and business opportunities.
• Handle all guest and client information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Job requirements: 

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, sales, fine dining, hotels, or a similar high-end environment.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, networking, or relationship management.
• Strong existing network within luxury hotels, travel, tourism, events, or premium lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Impeccable presentation, confidence, and professional etiquette.
• Highly proactive, outgoing, and commercially minded.
• Strong knowledge of the local luxury market and clientele.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the restaurant team.
• Passion for luxury hospitality, relationship building, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
