Field Sales Representative (Korinthos)

Job Description

• Visiting retail points of sale within the assigned territory to capture business opportunities and ensure strong in-store presence. 

• Building and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to achieve sales targets. 

• Executing in-store activities according to Shopper Marketing guidelines, ensuring best shelf placement. 

• Performing merchandising, price monitoring, order taking, and on-shelf availability tracking. 

• Identifying and act on business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset. 

• Working closely with internal teams to drive sales growth and demonstrate strong business ownership.

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Marketing, or Finance (MBA/Master’s is mandatory). 

• Previous sales experience in FMCG is considered an asset. 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a market-oriented approach. 

• Strong numerical and analytical skills. 

• Excellent command of English and Greek. 

• Valid driving license
