ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a leading International Consulting Group specializing in business innovation and sustainable growth, is seeking to hire a Senior Business Developer based in Athens.

                                              Senior Business Developer (6045/SBD/ESS/GR)

Role Overview:

This is a strategic, hands-on role for a self-motivated professional who enjoys developing new markets, building partnerships, and driving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing in the commercial development of the company in Greece, identifying and managing new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Conduct market analysis of SMEs and Large enterprises to map potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Engage and negotiate with prospects and key stakeholders to deliver consulting solutions in innovation, sustainability, and business transformation.
  • Represent the company at events, networking opportunities, and meetings with corporate partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations and Consulting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates within CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the company’s strategy, leveraging global best practices and local market insights.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B service sales (consulting, financial services, or innovation sectors preferred).
  • Established network and market knowledge of the Greek business landscape.
  • University degree in Economics/Business, Law, or Engineering.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and close high-value deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen, proactive mindset, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients.
  • Fluency in Greek and English; Italian will be considered an asset.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
