Business Consultant ( Chalandri )

Job Description

•  Partner with clients to understand strategic priorities and key challenges

•  Analyze business, financial, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities

•  Develop structured, actionable recommendations and transformation roadmaps

•  Design cost optimization, process improvement, and operating model initiatives

•  Prepare executive-level presentations and present insights to senior stakeholders

•  Support implementation and track KPIs to ensure measurable impact

•  Build trusted client relationships and contribute to long-term value creation

Candidate Profile

•  2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or advisory roles

•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•  Solid understanding of business models and financial statements

•  Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools

•  Excellent communication and presentation skills

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
