FINANCE MANAGER - HERAKLION BASED

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the strategic decision‑making of the company. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment are essential.

1. Manage and supervise daily financial operations.
2. Prepare financial reports.
3. Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
4. Ensure accuracy in accounting records and financial statements.
5. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
6. Optimize financial processes and implement best practices.
7. Support management in financial analysis and business planning.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant.
3. Excellent knowledge of Entersoft ERP (mandatory).
4. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
5. Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
6. Strong understanding of Greek tax and accounting legislation.
7. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
