Night Receptionist / Auditor

L' Avventura Athens Hotel & Suites, is a contemporary 38-rooms & suites hotel, established in 2021 in the heart of Psiri, one of Athens' most vibrant neighborhoods. Inspired by the energy, authenticity and character of the area, we create a truly welcoming experience for guests. 

We're looking for a professional Night Receptionist / Auditor to join our team. He / She will be responsible for overseeing the overnight operations of the hotel, ensuring a quality guest experience and a smooth work flow. 

Duties:

• Perform night audit procedures efficiently
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Manage reservations and cancellations
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Ensure the security of the premises during the night
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in a Front Office or hospitality role
• Comfort managing multiple priorities and staying organized during busy periods
• Confidence using hotel PMS and online booking platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative - but also -
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team whenever needed
• Fluency in Greek and English
