Senior Social Media Manager

Pizza Fan Greece is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and drive the next phase of brand growth. This is a full-time, on-site role for a strategic, creative and results-oriented professional who can combine strong brand thinking with hands-on execution.

In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading Pizza Fan’s social media strategy across all key platforms, with a focus on strengthening brand visibility, growing audience engagement and supporting business goals through high-impact digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the overall social media strategy for Pizza Fan Greece across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaign priorities, product launches, seasonal moments and brand objectives.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and high-performing content, including copy, visuals, videos and campaign assets.
• Manage social media campaigns from concept to execution across organic activity.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone and visual identity across all social media touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective, timely and brand-aligned communication.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, audience behavior, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in social media management and brand communications.
• Proven experience creating and executing successful social media strategies for consumer-facing brands.
• Strong understanding of content creation, community management and platform best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in Greek and English.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food service, retail, QSR or franchise environments will be considered a strong plus.
