Job Description
•Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•Create and implement account plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
•Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to meet and exceed sales targets.
•Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the specific needs of key clients.
•Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clients with relevant and timely insights.
•Prepare regular reports on account status, sales metrics, and forecasts for senior management.
