Manpower, on behalf of its client, a dynamic company specializing in the distribution of professional cosmetics and beauty products, is seeking a Sales Representative.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Sales Manager
What you will do:
The purpose of this role is to drive sales growth and expand their customer network within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new partnerships, strengthening existing client relationships, and executing the company’s commercial strategy.
More Specifically:
- Develop and manage partnerships within the professional hair salon sector, in line with defined performance targets (KPIs).
- Plan and execute client visits, utilizing CRM tools to track and monitor activity.
- Meet and exceed sales and gross profit objectives within the assigned area.
- Oversee retail locations and improve product placement, visibility, and overall presentation.
- Implement the company’s commercial and credit policies.
- Generate reports and provide insights, suggestions, and actionable recommendations to management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Travel frequently within the territory (approximately 20–25%) to manage existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Experience in the hair salon or professional beauty industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with ERP systems (Soft1 preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Highly organized, responsible, and self-motivated.
