Role Overview
We are looking for talented Culinary Professionals to join our kitchens at multiple levels:
Chef de Partie – Lead your section, mentor junior chefs, and maintain high culinary standards.
Demi Chef de Partie – Support the Chef de Partie, assist in training, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Commis Chef – Support daily preparation, maintain hygiene, and learn the craft in a dynamic environment.
All roles contribute to delivering exceptional food quality, maintaining high kitchen standards, and supporting team development.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Support kitchen operations during service, maintaining efficiency and organization.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Participate in training, mentoring, and development of junior team members as needed.
