Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support vessel network performance and operational execution.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including operational centers, terminals, agencies and head office teams.
Analyze operational data and identify potential risks, delays or service disruptions.
Contribute to contingency planning and operational initiatives aimed at improving service reliability.
Support decision-making through operational reporting and performance analysis.
Participate in cross-functional projects involving maritime operations, logistics and network optimization.
Ensure timely communication of operational developments to relevant stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Merchant Marine Academy, Naval Architecture, Maritime Studies, Shipping, or a related discipline.
Previous seagoing experience as Deck Officer on Container vessels or relevant maritime operational experience will be considered a strong asset.
Experience in shipping operations, fleet operations, maritime logistics or vessel management is highly desirable.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Team-oriented approach with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
Availability to work on a rotational shift schedule.
