🕘 Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday

📋Your role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring efficient communication, timely issue resolution, and a consistently high level of service.
Key responsibilities:
- Review customer orders and ensure that all aspects of the Supply chain process are met to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time
- Respond in a timely and professional manner to a broad range of customer queries on a variety of topics such as delivery schedules, product returns, invoicing issues etc.
- Able to consolidate complex information and formulate appropriate responses to customers
- Show understanding of the operational processes regarding the products and their flow through the supply chain.
- Be a passionate advocate and build loyalty among new customers while answering any questions that come your way
- Show empathy to frustrated customers while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences
- Triage issues and escalate them when necessary
