Warranty Technicians - Railway/ Rolling stock

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a company that offers comprehensive transport solutions, is seeking Warranty Technicians for the company’s projects based in Athens. 

📌 Location: Pireaus, Athens

📍 Work Model: On-site

🖋️ Reports to: Warranty Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic failures reported through the FRACAS system and implement effective corrective actions.
• Analyze technical data and system information using train control and monitoring software to identify root causes of failures.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and report any accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or advanced vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics with 3–5 years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and apply them effectively in fault diagnosis and repair.
• Experience working with complex electrical or electromechanical systems; experience in the railway sector or heavy industry will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with systems such as HVAC, Traction, Brake Systems, Door Systems, Control Systems, PIS or CCTV is considered an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a multinational environment.
• Basic command of English and computer skills.
• Flexibility to work in shift schedules and willingness to perform mechanical tasks when required.
