Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced manager to oversee the daily operations of our main restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, attentioto detail, and a passion for hospitality excellence.
Position Description:
- Supervise the daily operations of assigned restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow
- Support in staff scheduling and effective manpower allocation
- Train, guide, and motivate service staff, ensuring compliance with the company’s service standards, values, and philosophy
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards in line with company procedures
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Management team to ensure timely service and consistent food quality
- Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Foster a positive and cooperative team environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
- Assist in cost control, stock management, and revenue optimization within the outlet
- Act as a role model through a hands-on leadership approach and strong attention to detail
- Work on a split shift schedule (morning and evening shifts with a break in between) according to the restaurant’s operational needs
