We are currently seeking:

Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced manager to oversee the daily operations of our main restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, attentioto detail, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Position Description:

  • Supervise the daily operations of assigned restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow
  • Support in staff scheduling and effective manpower allocation
  • Train, guide, and motivate service staff, ensuring compliance with the company’s service standards, values, and philosophy
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards in line with company procedures
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Management team to ensure timely service and consistent food quality
  • Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive and cooperative team environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Assist in cost control, stock management, and revenue optimization within the outlet
  • Act as a role model through a hands-on leadership approach and strong attention to detail
  • Work on a split shift schedule (morning and evening shifts with a break in between) according to the restaurant’s operational needs

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, wines, and spirits
  • Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with F&B management software, POS systems, and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational needs
  • Flexible availability and willingness to work shifts
  • Professional appearance, punctual, and well-groomed
