We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented, and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Heraklion for a full-year contract. This role is ideal for a tourism professional who thrives in partner relationship management, enjoys working with international stakeholders, and grow within the inbound tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Tour Operators, Hoteliers, and international partners.
- Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term partner relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
- Coordinate rate loading, product updates, and availability checks with internal and external teams.
- Analyze partner performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at tourism exhibitions, travel fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.
- Participate in fam trips, hotel/site inspections, and destination visits to ensure product quality and competitiveness.
- Support sales initiatives, identify new collaboration opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
