Job responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy in recipes and consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Interact warmly with guests, take orders, and create personalized drink experiences.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, specialties, and current mixology trends.
- Recommend beverages and pairings through confident suggestive selling and menu knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager and service team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and restock bar supplies as needed.
- Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety standards and regulations.
- Verify legal drinking age and promote responsible alcohol service at all times.
- Execute all opening, daily, and closing duties in alignment with operational standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Bar Manager or Food & Beverage leadership.
