Junior IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Provide technical support and resolve incidents/service requests for end users

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and corporate IT equipment

• Support IT operations, including basic Back Office tasks, inventory management, and coordination with vendors for maintenance and repairs

• Ensure compliance with IT Security procedures and company guidelines

• Train and support users on collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Yammer, and Video Conferencing systems

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a similar IT support environment will be considered an asset

• Very good knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, WiFi/LAN Networks, and basic IP principles

• Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

• Fluency in English

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Team spirit, flexibility, and adaptability
